Terms and Conditions for Warrior Health, Inc’s Mobile Corporate Wellness App

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Myotrim Mobile Corporate Wellness App (the "App") provided by Warrior Health, Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
