LEHB offer the Health Transformation Program to its members. This program is powered by the Warrior Health Mobile app, which has helped thousands of Officers and their families get into great shape!
We've made it EXTREMELY easy to sign up and participate:
1. You'll fill out the Registration Request form below.
2. If approved, you'll be emailed a link to create a password for your sign in within 24 hours.
3. Download the Warrior Health Mobile app using one of the links below.
4. Once you create your password, sign into the app with your email address as your username.
5. Fill out the Health & Wellness Questionnaire and lastly you'll be directed to upload two photos.
6. Simply upload 2 photos to get processed for measurements and you're all set!
7. You'll get a customized exercise program, nutrition program and UNLIMITED ACCESS to your Fitness Expert via phone and email! You'll have your own Expert at your disposal!
