Warrior Health AppList Item 1
The Warrior Health app is an "All In-One" Comprehensive Health, Wellness and Fitness app. It's designed to give you professional advice, workout instruction, a tailored workout program, nutrition advice and motivation.
Use the app and use it often. You'll notice your body, your health and life changes the more you use it properly.

My DashboardList Item 2
Your dashboard welcomes you with a "Fitness Tip of the Day". It then contains your Fitness Score, your Wellness Score and your current BodyFat Percentage.
Below that it shows what actions you need to take this current month as well as your most recent measurements.

My WorkoutsList Item 3
One amazing aspect of Warrior Health is the ability to give you the "perfect" workout based on your current fitness level, goals, location you'll be exercise and the equipment or lack of you have available.
You have a workout plan for every day of the week.

Exercise DetailsList Item 4
Each exercise in the Warrior Health app displays a video explaining and showing how to do the exercise to ensure proper form and a safe, effective movement.

My Nutrition
Your Nutrition Page shows you the amount of calories we recommend you eat daily, as well as the amount of protein and water intake.
It also provides a few tips to help speed your metabolism.
Scroll down the page and you'll see "Sample Meal Plan" highlighted in blue. If you click on that you'll see a sample Meal Plan that gives you 5 options for breakfasts, lunches, dinners and 10 options for snacks.
The sample meal plan is based on the number of calories we recommend you eat, so you'll be able to see what comprises the amount of recommended calories.

My Measurements
My Measurements page shows all of your successfully processed measurements for each month. It will display your"
Height, Weight, Bodyfat %, Fat Weight, Lean Muscle Weight, BMI, your Fitness Score and your Wellness Score.

My Fitness Score
Your Fitness Score is a number we use to determine your level of fitness. It's based on many factors, including your bodyfat percentage and other measurements as well as some answers to questions on your questionnaire.
The higher the fitness score, the better. Your Fitness Score is a great number for you to check on as often as possible. Improving your Fitness Score means you are in better physical condition. Aim to improve your score by a few points each month.
In order to improve your score, follow your workout plan, your nutrition advice and log into this app consistently.
