LEHB Health Transformation Program

LEHB is now offering their "Health Transformation" program that is sure to help ALL LEHB Members get into better shape as well!

Week 1 - Goals and Motivation

Due to Covid-19, we've made it EXTREMELY easy to sign up and participate:

1. You'll fill out the Registration form below.

2. Once you fill out the Registration form, you'll be emailed a link to reset and create a new password.

3. Once you create a password, you'll log into the web portal and see the Main Menu.

4. Select "My Dashboard" and you'll be taken to the Health Questionnaire.

5. Fill out the Health & Wellness Questionnaire and lastly you'll be directed to upload two photos.

6. Simply upload 2 photos to get processed for measurements and you're all set!

7. You'll get a customized exercise program, nutrition program and UNLIMITED ACCESS to your Fitness Expert via phone and email! You'll have your own Expert at your disposal!

Best yet, THIS PROGRAM IS FREE FOR ALL LEHB MEMBERS 18 YEARS AND UP!

Cash prizes will be given out EVERY MONTH and a Grand Prize of $5000 will be given once/year to the man/woman who improves the most!
